Apptimator is based on Windows Azure Mobile Services – a smart and state-of-the-art service and related estimate data hosted on the cloud. This makes the following features possible:

Keep everything in sync

Apptimator seamlessly connects and synchronizes data on the cloud as and when internet connectivity is available to the device.

Seamless Across Devices

As an estimator’s companion, apptimator can run on multiple devices- tablets and smartphones. With Apptimator, all of your estimate work notes, web clips, files and images are made available on every device and computer you use.

If the Estimator leaves his home without his tablet, he can simply use the application on his smartphone to continue with tasks from before. Once the device receives the assigned estimates for the user, he can complete his tasks online and offline, even those estimates that are partially completed from before.

Work Offline On-Site

The mobile worker is always on the go – making site visits where there is no internet access. Estimators can continue to work offline on the field site or while on the move, capturing information – voice recordings, photos, notes, annotations, and even calculations in worksheets pertaining to the estimate. All data will be saved in device and will get uploaded to the cloud seamlessly when you have internet access.

Seamless integration with estimate request service

Whether the request for an estimate is provided to the estimator as an email, a pdf, or even a simple document, apptimator is designed to handle it with some customization of its request “ingestion” component. Once in place, send the estimate request to the estimator using your current process and see the new estimate show up in the Apptimator Estimate list.

Integrate Estimation Worksheets

Your existing excel spreadsheets with time, labor and materials pricing calculations can be integrated into Apptimator. Complete your estimation by crunching those numbers and even send the estimate pricing worksheet as an email attachment.

Mail out completed estimates with a single click

Estimate pricing worksheet, and all captured photos, notes, voice recordings, etc are sent out via email with a single press (click) option from the apptimator dashboard.

Subscription Model Features

Software as a Service (SaaS)

Apptimator is delivered as a mobile app on Google Playstore. It uses a cloud-based backend you simply access via the Internet, freeing yourself from complex software and hardware management. We manage. The provider manages access to the application, including security, availability, and performance.

Subscription Model

In contrast to the one-time licensing model commonly used for on-premise software, Apptimator is made available using a subscription model- you sign up for a 6-month, 1-year or 2-year subscription and we charge you based on usage (number of estimates).

No buy-in

You have no hardware or software to buy, install, maintain, or update. One your subscription ends, you have an open choice of renewing your subscription or stopping use.
